The Bart Garrison Agricultural Museum of South Carolina, located in Pendleton, is looking for volunteers interested in helping with educational tours. OC receives Clean Audit

Oconee County has received a clean, unmodified audit opinion covering the government year that ended June 30, 2017. Outside auditor, David Irwin from the firm Mauldin and Jenkins, presented the audit findings to the Oconee County Council. He was very complimentary of the way county staff tracks and manages its money.

Woman found holding Eyeball outside AC Church

Authorities say a woman was found holding her eyeball outside an Anderson County church, according to The Associated Press. The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office announces an additional arrest in the eighteenth “Operation Infinity” drug sweep round-up that began on Jan. 22.
