A Seneca woman has been arrested for the ill treatment of animals. Seneca Police arrested 26-year-old Tayuna Shonice Dendy of Maple Grove Road on the charges. The city fire marshal condemned the house at 209 South Pine Street after the police found one dog dead and seized three others who the police felt were endangered.
