The Board of Directors for the Seneca Facilities Corporation has approved a lease agreement with Borg Warner to occupy space in the city’s commerce park off Shiloh Road. The seven-year lease permits Borg Warner Torq Transfer Systems to occupy 99,000-square-feet of the former Propex building at a monthly rate of $20,245.
