Pickens Co Driver killed on Icy Road

A deadly traffic accident Friday morning in Pickens County is being blamed on the weather.  Pickens County Coroner Kandy Kelley reports that 52-year-old James Allen Carroll of Liberty died in the single-vehicle wreck on Highway 123.  Carroll was driving a 2003 Ford F-250 pickup truck.  According to troopers with the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident happened after 11am near […]
