Man killed in Highway 76 crash

The South Carolina Highway Patrol reports a 23-year-old student died in a crash on Highway 76 early Sunday morning. Troopers say the vehicle hit a telephone pole. Anderson County Coroner Greg Shore identified the victim as Troy Alan Kinser of Belton, who was a student at Tri-County Technical College.
