SHS Choral Department presents Spring Showcase

The choral departments of Seneca Middle School and Seneca High School present “Spring Showcase” featuring excerpts from Oliver, The Addams Family, and a medley from the 1960’s.  The show will be held in the Hamilton Auditorium at Seneca High School on Saturday, May 17 at 7:30pm and Sunday, May 18 at 3pm.  Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students, children, and senior citizens.

A Sunday evening motorcycle accident near Seneca proved fatal to its operator, a 38-year-old man.  Oconee County Coroner Karl Addis said the victim, Martinze Oneal Buchanan, went into cardiac arrest and died in the emergency room at the hospital an hour later.
