With winter weather forecast this afternoon across the Upstate of South Carolina, the School District of Oconee County is dismissing early today.  OconeeCounty elementary schools will dismiss at 1pm followed by middle and high schools at 1:15pm.  Also due to the weather, there will be no evening activities today as well.
