Officials with the South Carolina Department of Transportation report that record-setting rains this summer caused nearly $5.6 million in damage to 132 roads across the state.  The excessive amount of stormwater damaged 15 bridges and 52 pipes. The SHS Athletics Department will host an Athletics Orientation for all 11th and 12th grade athletes that are playing or planning to play a sport at Seneca High School. The orientation is scheduled for Tuesday, September 24 at 6:30pm in the Harry Hamilton Auditorium.  All athletes should attend with at least one parent or guardian.  The meeting will last 45 minutes.

Oconee County now has a Capital Project Sales Commission.
