Unity Church Road Bridge reopens

The South Carolina DOT has announced that Unity Church Road Bridge near Westminster has once again been re-opened to traffic. The bridge spans Toxaway Creek. DOT maintenance engineer Mike Smith said, “We have temporarily placed maintenance stone on the approach of the bridge and plan to replace it with asphalt early next week. The bridge is now open for passage.”
