The Jacobs Road railroad crossing near Clemson is closing again to vehicle traffic for continued maintenance by Norfolk Southern.  DOT Resident Maintenance Engineer Mike Smith says the railroad intends to replace a temporary asphalt covering with a permanent one at the crossing.
