(Seneca, SC)———————Seneca City Administrator Scott Moulder addressed a meeting of the Seneca Rotary Club last week and discussed several items, including the continued revitalization of downtown Seneca and activities and events that can be implemented to draw more people downtown. One of the ideas that has been discussed is to create a Clemson football home game tailgate environment in downtown.
