Halloween Curfew for Sex Offenders in SC

Once again, the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Service will be enforcing a statewide Halloween curfew for sex offenders. Sex offenders are required to stay in their homes between 5:30-9pm. They should have no lights on outside their homes, no handing out candy and no participating in Halloween parties or carnivals.
