Hurricanes take series with Tigers

Andrew Suarez pitched a six-hit shutout to lead Miami (FL) to a 7-0 win over Clemson at Alex Rodriguez Park on Sunday afternoon.  The Hurricanes won the series 2-1.  The Tigers fall to 27-13 overall and 13-8 in ACC play. Clemson will host Western Carolina at Doug Kingsmore Stadium on Wednesday at 6:30pm.

Clemson narrowly beats PC on diamond

A walkoff single down the right-field line gave Clemson a 5-4 win over Presbyterian College at Doug Kingsmore Stadium on Wednesday night.  The Tigers, who won their seventh game in a row, improved to 23-11 on the season with the win. Clemson will host Wake Forest in a three-game ACC series at Doug Kingsmore Stadium starting Friday at 6:30pm.
