City Of Clemson To Hold Two Governmental Meetings Next Week
(Seneca, SC)———–Clemson City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting next Monday night at 6:30pm in Council Chambers in Clemson City Hall.
Before the meeting, there will be a work session regarding Capital Projects and Town Hall Meetings.
Among the items on the agenda will be a report that council will receive from a representative of the City Planning Commission regarding the issue of Bed and Breakfast with Events. Council will also receive a report from a representative of Design South Engineers on the status of the Cochran Road Wastewater Treatment expansion project.
Council is also scheduled to go into executive session to discuss and consider a City personnel issue regarding employment, appointment, compensation or promotion.
The Clemson Board of Architectural Review will have a public hearing next Tuesday, July 2nd at 6pm in the City Council Chambers.
Among the items on the agenda will be applicant Gilbane Development Company requesting preliminary approval for a new mixed use property located at 405 College Avenue.
There will be a public hearing to follow at the conclusion of the Action Items portion of the meeting.
