Clemson Board of Trustees Approves $2.1B Budget

Clemson University’s Board of Trustees has approved a $2.1 billion budget for fiscal year 2025, focusing on expanding Douthit Hills on-campus housing, hiring a new vice president for student affairs, and constructing a six-level, 1,200-space parking facility near Williamson and Perimeter Roads. The new parking garage will serve alumni, visitors, athletic events, and prospective students. The budget aims to support Clemson Elevate’s priorities and the pursuit of AAU status. The university also received a record $259 million in philanthropic support from 40,484 donors in the last fiscal year.
