Business undertaken by the council included 2nd reading of an Installment Purchase Revenue Bond Ordinance, a resolution regarding an Installment Purchase Revenue Bond, a resolution committing the City of Clemson to the goal of zero traffic fatalities and serious injuries by the year 2040 – a requirement by the FHWA SS4A grant which aligns with the “Vision Zero” initiative; those were all approved, as was a naming rights policy. Clemson City Council also unanimously approved a contract for the 2025 Comprehensive Parking Study to Walker Consultants in the amount of $74,895.00.
