Clemson Conducting Self-Report Survey

The City of Clemson is launching a Lead Service Line Management Program to reduce the risk of lead in drinking water and comply with EPA regulations. A federal mandate now requires all water systems to verify the material of every water service in their systems. Once the investigation is complete, the Pickens County municipality hopes to provide residents with peace of mind about the quality of their water. Clemson is conducting a survey asking residents to self-report the material of their privately-owned service lines.
