Clemson Cooperative Extension Service Publication Named To The South Carolina State Library’s Notable State Documents List

(Seneca, SC)——————-For the second consecutive year, a Clemson Cooperative Extension Service publication was named recently to the South Carolina State Library’s Notable State Documents lists. 

Common Weeds and Wildflowers was written by Bert McCarty, who is a renowned turfgrass researcher. The book is one of 12 publications and websites declared a Notable State Document. 

The publication highlights weeds and wildflowers commonly found in South Carolina gardens, along roadsides, in pastures and fields and on golf courses and lawns. 

Charlene Mayfield, who is a Clemson Extension graphic designer, designed the book’s pages and cover.
