Clemson Residents Invited to Speak on Proposed Rezoning for Housing Development

Clemson residents will have the opportunity to voice their opinions this evening on a rezoning application that could pave the way for a new housing complex near 398 and 400 College Avenue. The proposal, submitted by LV Collective of Austin, Texas, outlines plans for a development featuring 770 bedrooms and 10,000 square feet of commercial space across approximately 3.25 acres. The City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at City Hall beginning at 5:30 p.m., where community members are encouraged to attend and share their perspectives.
