Clemson Tigers win ACC Football Title

The Clemson Tigers won their third straight and 17th all-time ACC Football Championship, defeating the Miami Hurricanes, 38-3 on Saturday at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C. With the win, Clemson improves to 12-1 overall on the season and advances to the four-team College Football Playoff. The Tigers were selected as the number one seed in the fourth year of the playoff. Clemson faces the number four seed Alabama Crimson Tide in the Allstate Sugar Bowl, which will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana on Jan. 1, 2018. Game time is set for 8:45pm and will be televised on ESPN. Third-ranked Georgia will take on second-ranked Oklahoma in the Rose Bowl. The winners of the Sugar Bowl and the Rose Bowl will meet in Atlanta on Jan. 8, 2018, to determine this season’s college football champion.
