Clemson University Announces Speakers for Fall Humanities Hub Events

(Seneca, SC)—–Clemson University has announced that the Humanities Hub is bringing high profile guests to the University this fall to discuss, among other topics, teens and music, the preservation of wildlife and the power of computer programmers.

Among the speakers will be writer Brittany Spanos, who covers pop music and teen culture for Rolling Stone, who will be speaking today from 3:45pm until 5:15pm in Lee Hall, technology writer Clive Thompson, who writes for Wired and the New York Times, who will be speaking at 7:30pm on Wednesday, October 23rd at the Watt Family Innovation Center Auditorium and Gordon Hunter, editor of American Literary History, who will offer a public presentation at 4pm, on Thursday, December 5th in the Peace Center for Professional Communication.
