Councilwoman resigns

A new opening is created on the Westminster City Council with the announcement last night of the resignation of Audrey Reese. Mayor Ramey saluted Reese for her service and issued a call to Westminster residents to consider qualifying as candidates to fill Reese’s unexpired term. Before last night’s meeting the city administrator spoke to the city attorney about how the vacancy will show up on the next election ballot.
