Development Group Withdraws Rezoning Application from Seneca Planning Commission

The withdrawal was met with applause from several residents who live in the area of Frontage Road and Queen Anne’s Lane, who were concerned about traffic and the environmental effect from the construction of 88 single-family homes and 250 town homes spread over nearly 100 acres.
