DHEC/SDOC COVID-19 Numbers Update

South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control Tuesday announced 739 new confirmed cases and 30 additional confirmed deaths.

This brings the total number of confirmed cases to 137,406, probable cases to 3,383, confirmed deaths to 3,067, and 176 probable deaths.

Eight new confirmed cases were reported Tuesday in Oconee County, along with one death; seventeen confirmed and one probable in Pickens County with one death; and in Anderson County there were 63 confirmed cases and one probable case, as well as three deaths.

Currently there are at least 43 confirmed positive cases within the School District of Oconee County, the latest being a student at Seneca High School.
