Dimitroff found Guilty

This week, an Oconee County jury found a former Seneca church worker guilty of breach of trust with fraudulent intent. Stan Dimitroff was sentenced to prison for two years and ordered to pay $27,000 in restitution to the Life Changing Ministries on South Depot Street. In the trial of South Carolina versus Stanley Anthony Dimitroff II, an affidavit to an arrest warrant from the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office alleges that Dimitroff did, between the dates of July 23, 2010 and April 1, 2011, breach the trust of his employer, Life Changing Ministries, by converting funds in excess of $2,000 to his own use. Furthermore, this was accomplished by having Yoder’s Building Supply bill Life Changing Ministries for material that was delivered to separate job sites, which were not affiliated with Life Changing Ministries without their permission and for the benefit of Dimitroff.
