Donations being accepted to help Firefighter’s Family
Two businesses in Oconee County are now accepting donations for the family of David Shultis. Wednesday evening, lightning started a fire, which damaged the family’s South Oak Street home. The family of four were not injured in the fire. Shultis is a firefighter with the Walhalla Fire Department. Drop off points to help the family rebuild their lives are McNeely Store and Rental on Anderson Street in West Union and Ultimate Hair Salon on West North 1st Street in Seneca. You can also leave a donation with the Walhalla Fire Department on East North Broad Street.
