Drug Charges land Westminster Woman behind Bars

A combined $100,000 surety bond has been set against a Westminster woman for multiple drug charges. The Westminster Police Department reports that 37-year-old Teleta Towe is charged with four counts of possession with intent to distribute illegal drugs.
