Early returns on real time online tax payments

Only days since being implemented, taxpayer reaction is favorable to a new way to pay Oconee property taxes, in the estimation of the county’s first-term treasurer, Gena Acree. The start of the real-time online method, however, is not without some technical difficulty. Overall, Acree is encouraged and says her office is considering other improvements – such as a Seneca satellite location (the library a possibility).
