Easley Man Among Five Charged In Greenville City Murder Investigation
(Seneca, SC)——————-An Easley man is one of five people charged in relation to a homicide that occurred last month in the city of Greenville.
24 year old Jaylan Horatio Marques Fair is one of four subjects charged with Murder, 1st Degree Burglary, Armed Robbery, Kidnapping, Assault and Battery – 1st Degree, Criminal Conspiracy and Possession of a Weapon During Commission of a Violent Crime in the murder of 18 year old Joshau Osuagwu, Jr. at a residence on Woodruff Road in Greenville.
According to arrest warrants, cell phone records placed the accused in the area of the incident location during the commission of these crimes and eyewitness testimony and video surveillance also identified the subjects. According to a press release, evidence gathered during the investigation revealed that the group believed that the victim had a large sum of money inside his apartment and orchestrated a plan to rob the victim and others inside the apartment.
