August Oconee Business Forum

The August “Business Forum” of the Oconee Economic Alliance (OEA) is, Thursday, Aug. 9. This month’s business forum will feature Kevin McCracken, the Community General Manager for Keowee Key. The OEA Business Forum is a monthly opportunity for citizens and business leaders to come together in Oconee County to network, receive timely updates on topics facing the community and discuss ways to work together in making Oconee County a better place. McCracken holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and earned his Master’s Degree in Public Administration, both from Appalachian State University. As a part of the #GiveOconee initiative, each month an Oconee County based nonprofit will be featured and help will be solicited at the meeting to help meet their immediate needs. This month it is the Wild Hearts Equine Therapy Center. There will be a designated location for your donations at the forum. The forum begins at 8am on Aug. 9, and the public is encouraged to attend this free event at Thrift Development, which is located at 180 Bountyland Road in Seneca.
