Clemson City Council Candidates Forum

The League of Women Voters of the Clemson Area hosts a Candidates Forum on Monday, Oct. 29, 2018. Candidates seeking a seat on the Clemson City Council will be featured at the forum. Those candidates are Jerry Chapman, John Fulmer, Robert Halfacre, Fran McGuire, Harvey Drake McNeary, Arthur Sears, Alexia Smith and Henry Pressley Young. This forum will give candidates an opportunity to present themselves to the public and gives voters an opportunity to ask questions of the candidates. Parking is free and everyone is invited. The 7pm forum takes place in the Council Chambers of Clemson City Hall at 1250 Tiger Boulevard. The League of Women Voters, a nonpartisan political organization, encourages informed and active participation in government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy.
