Clemson City Council Meeting

The Clemson City Council holds their regular monthly meeting at 6:30pm on Monday, April 16, 2018. Among the items on the agenda up for consideration are authorizing the mayor to execute an amendment to the Fire Service Agreement between Clemson University and the City of Clemson for a one year extension for fire suppression services, adopting the Downtown Corridor Plan developed by Alta Planning and Design, approval of a change order for Issaqueena Trail and Chapman Hill Road Traffic Signal project including lighting and paving overlay, amending the City Council Policy on Wastewater Treatment Allocation for the Cochran Road WWTP to include of capacity to any potential business, office or retail store in the Cochran Road sewer service area that requires one Residential Equivalence Unit of capacity or less, allowing the city administrator to sign a Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement for Emergency and Disaster response, first reading of a proposed ordinance amendment to the Arts and Culture Commission, a request from the South Carolina Botanical Gardens to be included as one of the non-profit agencies allowed to use the electronic message board and setting a date for a public hearing on the Land Development Regulations update. The 6:30pm meeting is open to the public and takes place in Council Chambers of Clemson City Hall, which is located at 1250 Tiger Boulevard.
