Clemson Planning Commission Meeting

The City of Clemson Planning Commission holds their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, July 9, at 6pm. On the agenda are consideration of preliminary plan application of a proposed major subdivision featuring 21 lots on three parcels at 1024 Old Stone Church Road; a proposed text amendment to Chapter 19 of the Zoning Ordinance regarding building facade modulation standards and the consideration of a requested clarification; and a proposed text amendment to Chapter 19 of the Zoning Ordinance regarding accessory uses and parking structures in the C District and the consideration of clerical error correction. In addition staff reports will be given to commissioners. The meeting is open to the public and takes place in council chambers of Clemson City Hall at 1250 Tiger Boulevard, Suite 2.
