Fun Fall Craft at the Seneca Library

The Seneca branch of the Oconee County Public Library (OCPL) is hosting a fun fall craft for kids. Join them on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018, at 4pm to create colorful wreaths using tissue paper.
