Enjoy Hillybilly Day in Mountain Rest on Wednesday, July 4, from 9am to 3pm. Celebrate America at the longest-running annual festival in South Carolina. This is a family friendly event featuring arts, crafts, children’s games, BBQ, chicken plates, hot dogs, boiled peanuts, homemade ice cream, Sno Kones, Bluegrass music, basket making, clogging, horse drawn wagon, greased pole climb, sack race and quilt raffle. Free parking and free admission. Events happen rain or shine.
