OC Chamber hosting Lunch and Learn

The Oconee County Chamber of Commerce hosts a Lunch and Learn concerning emergency preparedness and getting informed on Thursday, July 19, from noon to 1pm at the Chamber Office in Seneca at 135 C Eagles Nest Drive. Some of the topics will be knowing how to evacuate yourself and family from dangerous conditions, developing school and work place emergency plans and registering with Alert Oconee. This Lunch and Learn is sponsored by Oconee County Emergency Services. Reserve your spot now, by calling 864-882-2097, because there is limited seating. It is free for Chamber members to attend and the cost is $10 for non-members. There will be a raffle for a Weather Alert Radio and lunch will be provided by Oconee County Emergency Services.
