OC Chamber Luncheon

On Thursday, June 21, the Oconee County Chamber of Commerce hosts a membership luncheon from noon to 1pm at the Palmetto Ridge Event Center, located at 10238 Clemson Boulevard in Seneca. The topic for this luncheon will focus on how the Palmetto Trail can and will bring business opportunities to the county, tells Oconee County Chamber Executive Director Vanessa Penton. “Come network with fellow members and enjoy lunch served by Boulevard Catering’s Andrew Merritt and his staff. We’ll hear from Dianna Gracely, current City Administrator for Simpsonville, SC. Ms. Gracely worked as the City Administrator for Travelers Rest, home of the Swamp Rabbit Trail. She will talk about how the Swamp Rabbit Trail changed the economy and business climate for Travelers Rest and Greenville County. We’ll also get updates about the Oconee County portion of the Palmetto Trail from Natalie Britt, Executive Director of Palmetto Conservation Foundation.
