OC Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee Meeting

The Oconee County Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meets on May 3, at 5pm in County Council Chambers of the Oconee County Administrative Offices at 415 South Pine Street in Walhalla. According to the agenda, the committee will receive an update on the Law Enforcement Center and Medical Services Plan. They will also hold discussion regarding lithium battery safety, dumping limbs and brush into the county landfill, the Amended Solid Waste Ordinance and the Amended Litter Control Ordinance. There will not be a scheduled opportunity for public to comment at this meeting; however, the meeting is open to the public.
