Oconee Food Summit

Oconee Food Summit is coming up February 28th from 8am til 4pm at Trinity Baptist Church
504 S Oak St, Seneca. The purpose of the Oconee Food Summit in 2020 is to connect community members interested in supporting local food producers, increasing fresh food access, and reducing food waste to begin developing a vision for Oconee’s food future. At the Oconee Food Summit, They will:
1. Provide an overview of a county food assessment
2. Establish an intentional network around our food system in Oconee County
3. Identify priority projects to develop a resilient local food system
