SC Botanical Garden presents Day of the Dead

On Friday, Nov. 2, the South Carolina Botanical Garden holds its first-ever Day of the Dead, which is a day to remember loved ones who have passed away. This festival is a traditional Latin American holiday when people celebrate and honor loved ones who have passed away. A special outdoor screening of the Disney Pixar movie “Coco” is planned for 6:45pm. The celebration also includes an exhibition of Hispanic artists by Palmetto Luna Art. Admission is free to the celebration from 6-9pm at the Botanical Garden, which is located at 150 Discovery Lane in Clemson.
