Seneca Planning Commission Meeting

The Seneca Planning Commission holds their monthly meeting on Monday, Sept. 17, 2018, at 6pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall. Only one items appears on the agenda and that deals with a zoning application for Lake Keowee Marina on Old Salem Road across from Camilla Lane. The applicant is requesting a zoning change from R-15 and RM-16 to PDU, which is a planned development undeveloped. The meeting is open to the public.
