Thirteenth Circuit Solicitor to hold Press Conference on Domestic Violence

Thirteenth Circuit Solicitor Walt Wilkins has scheduled a press conference for Oct. 1, 2018, at 10am to recognize October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Wilkins says this is a community issue and that the Community Domestic Violence Coordinating Council for the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office serving Greenville and Pickens counties invites everyone to attend the press conference in front of the Greenville County Courthouse. The purpose of the Community Domestic Violence Coordinating Council is to increase awareness and understanding of domestic violence and its consequences, reduce the incidence of domestic violence in Greenville and Pickens counties and enhance and ensure the safety of battered individuals and their children.
