Fatal Motorcycle Accident in Anderson County

Michael Noble, a 24-year-old from Iva, South Carolina, died from accidental traumatic brain injuries on September 9, 2026, a week after being ejected from his motorcycle in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 81S. Despite wearing a helmet, he suffered severe injuries during the September 2 accident and succumbed to them at Prisma Health Greenville, with the incident remaining under joint investigation by the Anderson County Coroner’s Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
