Few In Line This Morning for COVID-19 Tests

From sister station WGOG’S Dick Mangrum…

We have word from Walhalla High School this morning that at the start of drive-up COVID-19 testing, there were few cars in line–meaning that if you want to take advantage of a free test, this might be a good opportunity.  A school official quoted medical personnel there as saying the crowd is expected to pick up later during what’s planned as a five-hour test period.  Tests will be given until 3 this afternoon.  The fact that there weren’t many in line is quite a departure from the vehicles that, in recent weeks, wrapped around the parking lots of two other schools–in both Seneca and Walhalla.
