Fire Chief to Serve As Interim Admin for Walhalla

Walhalla’s Fire Chief Brandon Burton has been selected to act as the city’s interim administrator following the resignation of Brent Taylor from the position.

Taylor has accepted a new job as the town manager for Selma, North Carolina.

His final day working in Walhalla will be March 26. Taylor will start his new position in the Raleigh adjacent community on April 1st.
