Former Clemson Running Back C.J. Fuller dies at 22

The Clemson community is mourning the passing of a former student-athlete. Wednesday night, the Pickens County Coroner’s Office announced that 22-year-old C.J. Fuller died. He was a running back for the Tigers during the 2015-17 seasons and a member of Clemson’s national title team in 2016. Clemson Head Coach Dabo Swinney expressed his sympathies following Fuller’s passing. The Pickens County Coroner’s Office did not give a cause of death and said results of an autopsy will take six to eight weeks.
