Garrison Arena to host Stockmanship and Stewardship Event

Registration is now open for the Stockmanship and Stewardship event on Aug. 24-25, at the T. Ed Garrison Arena. The Clemson University Cooperative Extension brings this unique educational experience focused on the latest beef industry updates and best management practices for successful cattle operations to the Upstate. It offers the opportunity to hear from some of the industry’s foremost experts on how implementing sound stockmanship and stewardship practices can add value to an operation’s bottom line. The cost of registration is $75 for a regular attendee and $50 for a student attendee, with all events and meals included. A valid student ID will be required when picking up credentials on site to qualify for the student rate. The T. Ed Garrison Arena is located at 1101 West Queen Street in Pendleton.
