Gas Prices holding steady

Gas prices are currently holding steady in the Upstate of South Carolina after a slight up tick after the holidays.  The average price for a gallon of regular grade gasoline in the Palmetto State is $3.18.  Gas prices are even lower in the Upstate with the average price of gas in the City of Seneca at $3.15.  According to GasBuddy.com, the lowest gas prices in the city can be found at the Murphy U.S.A. store located at the corner of Sandifer Boulevard and Hitec Road in Seneca, where a gallon of regular grade gasoline cost $3.09.  The price of gas has risen slightly since the holidays with GasBuddy.com reporting that one week ago, the price was $3.13 and one month ago, it was $3.10.  The average price for a gallon of regular grade gasoline in the United States is currently $3.26.
