(Seneca, SC)———————–Gasoline prices continue to rise across South Carolina for the fourth straight week, however, gas prices do remain cheaper year over year, according to AAA Carolinas. In South Carolina, the average price for a gallon of gas is $2.15 a gallon, 11 cents higher than last week and 14 cents higher than last month but 10 cents cheaper than last year.
