Goodwill outreach by the Seneca police

The Seneca Police Department has received good results from block parties that foster good relations between the police and the community they serve. Another one of those block parties takes police this evening, and it will take place at the Seneca Gardens Apartments on S. Depot Street — the home to an estimated 200-250 apartment renters.
